OXO Properties will take the pressure out of renting and looking after your own property and give you the re-assurance of knowing your rental income is achieved on time every time. We essentially take over the management of your property in full and offer you fixed monthly guaranteed rent payments up to 5 years whether your property is let or vacant. Rent guarantee with OXO Properties takes care of every aspect of the tenancy throughout our agreement with you until the time our contract ends with you and until the property is handed back to you empty. This will mean that you no longer need to worry about any void periods, rent arrears, tenant evictions or maintenance costs.

We will in fact be your tenant and sublet your property during the time agreed and provide you with hassle free renting. Our guaranteed rent contract is very transparent without any hidden costs whether if you have invested in one or more properties this is a great way to manage your cash flow without the headache or the hassle to deal with tenants.
